How fast is the delivery?

Delivery time depends on the package you choose. Most projects are completed within 3–7 business days. Larger or premium videos may take slightly longer.

Can I request revisions?

Yes! All packages include revisions. Normal Ad Packages include 3 script + 3 scene revisions. Premium Ad Packages include 5 script + 4 scene revisions.

Do I need to write the script myself?

No. We handle all scriptwriting using GPT-4o — tailored to your product, audience, and platform. You can provide notes or let us handle it fully.

Can I upload my own voice or narration?

Yes, you can. If you have a custom voiceover, we can integrate it. Otherwise, we provide professional AI-generated voiceovers in multiple languages.

Can I get my ad in a language other than English or Turkish?

Yes! We support multiple languages. A small +10% fee applies to translations other than English or Turkish.

Will the visuals match my brand style?

Absolutely. We follow your branding guidelines, colors, and references to generate consistent visuals with AI tools like Midjourney and Stable Diffusion.

What video formats do I get?

You’ll receive .mp4 videos (1080p or 4K based on your package), .srt captions (optional), and editable .psd files or prompt logs if needed.

What if I don’t like the video?

We aim for satisfaction with our included revisions. If you're still unhappy after the final version, we’ll work with you to find a solution or offer credit for future work.
