Terms of Service

Scope and written agreement

Website descriptions are general information, not a binding offer. Deliverables, platforms, timelines, approvals, fees, payment terms and publishing responsibilities are confirmed in a written proposal or agreement before work begins.

Source content and rights

You must own or be authorized to use all supplied video, audio, music, trademarks, likenesses and other materials. You retain your underlying rights and grant Reklamatic the limited permission needed to review, edit, deliver and, when agreed, publish the content.

Review and platform compliance

Client approval is required according to the agreed workflow. Content must comply with applicable law, advertising disclosures and the rules of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms. We may reject unsafe, deceptive, infringing or unlawful material.

Performance and reporting

Organic reach, views, engagement, revenue and platform decisions cannot be guaranteed. Reklamatic guarantees only the work expressly stated in the written scope. Reporting reflects available platform data and may change because of attribution limits, invalid traffic reviews or platform updates.

Payments, changes and cancellation

Deposits, recurring fees, taxes, revisions, cancellations and refunds follow the signed proposal or invoice terms. Work outside the agreed scope may require a revised timeline and fee.

Reklamatic Publisher

Authorized users may connect only accounts they own or manage. TikTok and other platforms are independent services; Reklamatic does not control their availability, moderation, APIs, music rules or account actions.

Liability and contact

To the extent permitted by law, Reklamatic is not liable for indirect losses, platform interruptions, removed content or lost reach. Questions can be sent to info@reklamatic.ai.

Creator platform and advertiser requests

Registration is limited to adults, using Google sign-in or an email address verified with a two-minute one-time code. Keep credentials private and report unauthorized access promptly. A creator may submit only content and accounts they own or are authorized to use. Each campaign’s current brief, source rights, advertising disclosures, music rules and eligible-view criteria apply. Artificial views, engagement manipulation, duplicate claims and misleading evidence are not eligible.

Campaign pages display the creator’s net rate and per-video minimum and maximum payout limits. A rate or available campaign budget does not guarantee acceptance, views or earnings. The recorded exchange rate, source and time determine the TL accounting amount. Estimates, submitted links and claimed views are not earned funds. Revenue stays under review until acceptance, performance evidence and actual upstream settlement are verified.

A withdrawal requires available settled earnings, identity/name checks, an own-name IBAN and manual approval. Reklamatic aims to complete approved bank transfers within one to three business days. Submitting a request does not automatically withdraw funds or initiate a bank transfer. Tax and invoicing responsibilities follow the applicable law and written agreement.

Advertiser requests are non-binding quote requests. Pricing, taxes, scope and delivery dates are agreed separately in the written quote. A request does not charge money, reserve capacity or launch a campaign. Reklamatic contacts the advertiser, approves scope and issues an invoice separately. A fixed-volume package does not promise a number of views.

Global and Türkiye campaigns are separate. A campaign opens only after owner approval and rights/eligibility checks. Campaign providers are independent services; an actual submission record is required before a submission is shown as verified. Submission verification does not mean the content has been accepted for the campaign or approved for payment. Branded Reklamatic briefs preserve mandatory sponsor conditions and third-party rights.
