Who is responsible

Website and sales inquiries
When you submit an application form, the details you enter—such as your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, company, market, budget range, source link and message—are sent directly to Reklamatic's access-controlled Google Forms and Google Sheets workspace. We process them to review your inquiry, contact you, and manage a proposal or onboarding process.
Communication, retention and sharing
We may reply by email, phone or WhatsApp using the channel you provide. Inquiry records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the relationship, legal obligations and dispute resolution. Google, email, hosting, analytics or messaging providers may process limited data as service providers or under their own policies; we do not sell personal data.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion, object to or restrict processing, or withdraw a consent where applicable by emailing us. Legal retention duties may limit deletion. You may also contact the relevant data-protection authority.
Creator and brand accounts
You can register with an email and password, or with Google when connected. Email authentication stores a salted, slow password hash rather than your password; passwords are never displayed in the administrator workspace. We process your account name, email, profile name, phone and country, social account links, submissions, support records and payment details to operate your account and the service. Authorized Reklamatic administrators can review profile information and submissions. IBANs are masked in the general administrator view; completed identity checks are recorded separately.
Identity review by a Reklamatic administrator
This optional flow collects the front and back of your identity document, a face photograph and a short movement video to review the account holder’s identity for payment checks and assess suspected misuse. This flow requires an NFC chip check before submission to the administrator; limited chip identity fields, a chip portrait and technical check results are processed for the review. A separate notice and explicit consent checkbox appear before you send the images. You may choose not to start the application, or cancel it to delete your images. Payment eligibility requires a completed identity review.
These materials are sent over an encrypted connection to Reklamatic’s Hostinger server in Boston 2, United States, and stored encrypted; processing therefore takes place outside Türkiye. Authorized administrators must complete an additional email-code check before opening a case. Identity documents, face images and private chip identity fields are not sent through email or Google Forms / Sheets. Email may be used to deliver the additional access code.
Images and private chip evidence are retained for up to 7 days while review is pending and up to 24 hours after a decision, and are deleted when you cancel the application. The review decision, operation reference and access/operation records are kept separately from the images. Human review is not a guarantee of automated face matching, passive liveness, an official population-register check or full identity verification. Any NFC technical result is displayed separately and is not changed by a human decision. Send privacy requests to info@reklamatic.ai; do not attach identity images to email.
Reklamatic Publisher
For authorized operators who connect TikTok accounts, Reklamatic Publisher processes account identifiers, granted permissions, OAuth credentials, selected video files, upload status and limited security logs only to provide and secure the requested publishing workflow. Access can be revoked in TikTok settings.
Security and changes
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No internet transmission is completely risk-free. We may update this notice when our services or legal requirements change.
Creator platform — October 12, 2026
When enabled, Google sign-in provides your Google account identifier, verified email, name and profile image. We do not request your Google password or access to Gmail. Necessary session cookies last up to seven days; the one-time sign-in cookie lasts ten minutes.
Email registration uses a short-lived, single-use verification code; passwords are stored as salted hashes. Creator onboarding records your legal name, phone, country, age confirmation and policy acceptance. Company profiles additionally record their business name, tax office, encrypted tax number, business address and authorized representative. We store public social profile and video links, campaign submissions, verified performance reports, support messages, withdrawal requests and payment references to operate the requested services, prevent duplicate or unauthorized claims, and keep financial records. Phone numbers and bank details are encrypted at rest and access is restricted.
For approved campaigns fulfilled through Whop, the public video URL and necessary campaign/account identifiers may be submitted through Reklamatic’s authorized account. The campaign must permit this workflow. Hosting and Google authentication may involve processing outside Türkiye; the required transfer arrangements and notices must be in place before public onboarding opens.
Withdrawals are reviewed by Reklamatic and paid manually by bank transfer. We record your own-name IBAN, account-holder name, requested amount and completed transfer reference. A balance is an accounting record of an amount owed under campaign terms, not a bank account or transferable payment instrument.
Identity documents and selfies are not uploaded to this website or support chat. When activated, a hosted verification provider collects them on its secure page; provider identity, purposes, data types, legal basis and transfer/retention terms must be disclosed before that step. Starting a session is not submission or approval. Raw identity documents must not be sent in support chat. Campaign community messages are visible to other participants under your chosen username; do not post private details. Automatic support currently uses limited help text; it is not an AI model and cannot approve earnings or payments.
Records are retained only for the service relationship, applicable financial retention duties and disputes. You may request access, correction or deletion through info@reklamatic.ai; legal retention duties may limit deletion.
