Brand budget planning

A publishing schedule and a view budget buy different deliverables.

Define the purchased unit before comparing prices. Accounts, original edits, platform placements and eligible views each require a separate count.

REKLAMATIC DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM

From short-form production to real distribution.

We combine more than 300 million historical platform views with an active clipper network, content production and measurable campaign operations.

01

Define an account

An Instagram profile and a TikTok profile are separate destinations. Five files published to both create ten placements.

State whether an account means one social profile, a platform bundle or a creator. Include platform, username, category and audience fit in the delivery list.

02

Calculate the promised volume

Let A be accounts, G be daily posts per account and D be days. Planned placements equal A × G × D.

Ten accounts at three daily posts for 30 days create 900 planned placements; five daily posts create 1,500. Neither is a view forecast.

Original edits and adaptations must be scoped separately.

03

Read the $120 monthly price with its scope

Reklamatic's fixed-distribution model is $120 per account per month plus applicable VAT. That produces monthly pre-VAT totals of $1,200 for ten accounts, $12,000 for 100 and $120,000 for 1,000.

The arithmetic does not establish ready inventory. Advertiser requests first need Cem's scope and capacity approval, followed by a separate invoice.

The written quotation confirms daily volume, publishing days, production, revisions, tax and FX terms.

04

CPM uses a different unit

An illustrative $1,000 net reward pool at $1 per 1,000 eligible views corresponds mathematically to one million eligible views before fees and caps. It does not guarantee that traffic will occur.

Where the clipper share is 65%, show the creator rate and agency gross allocation separately. An advertiser budget is not a creator's available balance.

05

Check inventory before scaling

A 10–1,000 selector is an order range, not proof that every suitable account is ready today. Confirm category, geography, platform eligibility, rights and production capacity.

An unrelated idle account is not automatically a useful destination. Build a sustainable source and approval process before expanding the schedule.

06

Separate media and licence costs

TikTok's e.l.f. case combines creator assets and paid placements. e.l.f. model. Separate production, publishing, licensing and media costs in your quote.

Define the period and scope for reuse on brand accounts or in advertising.

07

Write down delivery and remedies

The scope should identify accounts, dates, daily volume, original-edit count, approvals, revisions, evidence and cancellation terms. Explain replacement accounts and missed-post remedies.

In a fixed plan, low views are not equivalent to a missing placement. In a CPM plan, a large post count does not by itself complete eligible-view delivery.

08

Compare two controlled scenarios

Brands seeking a predictable publishing rhythm can evaluate a fixed plan; those buying a defined eligible-view delivery can evaluate a clearly measured view plan. Keep source quality, platforms, geography and period consistent when comparing.

A hybrid plan must avoid charging twice for the same deliverable.
